How to Make Lemon Ginger Syrup

Ingredients

15 lemons

80 grams ginger

1.25 kilogram sugar

2 glasses of water

Salt

Ice cubes

How to make it

Steps


1 Add 2 glasses of water in 1.25 kilogram sugar.


2 Cook the mixture of water and sugar for 10 minutes.


3 Dissolve the sugar completely.


4 Try to make the mixture like syrup.


5 Keep the syrup in cool and dry place.



6 Take 80 grams of ginger.


7 Peel the ginger completely.


8 Try to grate the ginger pieces and make ginger paste.


9 Add ginger paste in the syrup of sugar and water.


10 Cook it for 10 minutes again.


11 keep it in cool place for 5 minutes.


12 Add the pure and fresh juice of 15 lemons.


13 Store the syrup in bottles and keep in the fridge for half hour.


14 Take 1 glass of water and add 2 spoons of syrup with a little salt and ice cubes.


15 Lemon-ginger syrup is ready now.
