How to Make Passionfruit Cordial

Ingredients

Passion fruit, as many as you'd like

Sugar, an amount equal to the amount of passion fruit pulp

1/2 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed

How to make it

Steps

1 Remove the pulp from the passionfruit.

 Weigh it to ascertain how much sugar is needed.

2 Pour the pulp, sugar, and lemon juice into a saucepan.

3 Bring the mixture to heat until just boiling.

4 Pour the heated cordial into bottles.

 Seal immediately.

5 Drink.

 For use as a cordial, use the ratio of diluting 1 part cordial to 4 parts water.

6 Finished.
