Shredded cheese
Sour cream (optional)

Steps 

1 Gather up your ingredients. 

The ingredients are really easy to find at Walmart or a local grocery store.

2 Rip off a paper towel and lay it down on a flat surface.

3 Sprinkle the cheese on the tortilla. 

Sprinkle as much cheese as you want on it. It's your choice!

4 Wrap the tortilla up.

 Wrap it as tight as you can.

5 Put the roll-up in your microwave for 15 seconds.

6 Let it cook thoroughly. 

If it's not cooked thoroughly, let it cook for extra time.
