How to Make Almond Butter Cookies
Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoon canola oil
How to make it
Steps
1 Preheat oven to 350 °F (177 °C).
2 Add dry ingredients into bowl.
Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, brown sugar and salt into a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
3 Add wet ingredients.
Combine almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract and canola oil together in a separate large bowl until well combined.
4 Combine mixtures together.
Carefully pour the wet ingredient batter into the dry ingredient bowl. Mix the two together until a smooth batter is formed.
5 Create 1 inch (2.5 cm) balls.
Form the batter into cookie and place it onto a non-stick or silicone baking sheet. Spread the cookies 2–3 inches (5.1–7.6 cm) away from each other.
6 Cook the cookies.
Place the cookies into the oven for 9 minutes or until fully cooked.
7 Allow cookies to cool.
Remove the cookies from the oven and place them on a cooking rack to cool down a bit.
8 Serve.
Place the cookies on a large plate and dig in!
